At Rainbow Cleaning System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home purification experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the Rainbow system and all included accessories back into their original protective packaging to ensure the unit is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
